This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the purchase of Discount Emirates privilege cards. By purchasing our membership, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may request a refund if you have not activated or used your membership card. This period is designed to give you time to reconsider your purchase decision.
To be eligible for a refund, your membership must not have been activated or used in any way. Once a membership has been activated (either by accessing the digital card or using the physical card at any partner establishment), it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. Once processed, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. For example:
A processing fee of AED 50 will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all refund requests.
For Premium and Elite memberships that include physical cards, an additional AED 75 will be deducted if the physical card has already been produced, even if not delivered or used.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If Discount Emirates permanently ceases operations or substantially reduces its service offering (defined as a reduction of more than 50% of partner establishments), members may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining membership period.
In cases of serious medical conditions that prevent a member from using their membership, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting medical documentation will be required.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
